Every site is a project with phases

A site in ERPJS is a project: foundation, shell, utilities, finishing — phases with their own budgets and deadlines. For each phase you see:

• budget vs actual — what was planned and what has been spent;
• materials — purchased and written off for this specific site;
• work — your crews’ hours from timesheets and subcontractor invoices;
• margin — contract value minus real costs, at any moment.

The “invisible costs” — delivery, equipment rental, small extra purchases — also land on the site instead of dissolving into general company expenses. That is why the margin is honest.

Material purchasing without “spare” leftovers

A purchase order is created for a site: goods receipt, price with delivery, warehouse or straight to the site. Leftover material stays visible in stock for the next site instead of “being somewhere”. Transfers between warehouse and sites are documented. Stock counts show where reality diverges from the records.

Supplier prices are stored in the system: on a new purchase you see what you paid last time and which supplier was cheaper.
