Clinic CRM Software
Doctors’ schedules in a spreadsheet, appointments in the receptionist’s notebook, follow-ups — “we’ll call you” (nobody called). A patient arrives and their slot is lost; a doctor has a gap because the schedule wasn’t synced; at month-end accounting spends three days collecting revenue per room. Familiar to private clinics of any size.
ERPJS is clinic CRM software: patient appointments, a base with visit history, reminders, supplies and revenue tracking. It is the clinic’s administrative and financial accounting — bringing order to scheduling, money and materials. Online; the free plan has no time limit.

What the CRM gives a medical centre
Appointment in 30 seconds
A calendar: date, time, service, doctor. Every doctor's schedule is visible at once — clashes and gaps disappear.
Patient base with history
Who came, when, to whom and for what, which services were provided and paid. History survives receptionist turnover.
Appointment reminders
An SMS or message the day before the visit — fewer no-shows. Patients due for a follow-up are listed separately.
Appointments and doctors’ schedules
Every appointment is a date, a time, a service and a doctor. The receptionist sees all doctors’ schedules at once: free slots, no double-booking, rescheduling in two clicks. The patient is booked in the system — not in a notebook at the front desk — and everyone who needs to see the appointment sees it.
Reminders the day before reduce no-shows — and a no-show in a clinic means an idle doctor and an idle room, which is direct loss.
Follow-ups: patients don’t get lost
A clinic’s classic loss is the patient told to “come back in six months for a check-up” — and then forgotten. In ERPJS a visit’s outcome creates the next action: a control visit in 6 months → the reminder appears exactly then. The system also lists patients who haven’t visited for a long time — a reason to suggest a preventive check.
Supplies and materials
Gloves, syringes, reagents, dental materials — written off per service from stock. You see each procedure’s real cost and margin per service. Minimum stock levels suggest what to reorder — before the material runs out mid-appointment.
ERPJS is the clinic’s administrative and financial accounting: appointments, the patient base, supplies, the register and reports. It does not replace medical records — it brings order to everything around them: doctors’ time, money and materials.
Clinic money: from visit to report
- services by price list — payment recorded at the visit, cash or card;
- patient debts — visible in the card, one message to remind;
- invoices to insurers — payer companies are managed as B2B clients with invoices and payment control;
- revenue per doctor and department — a report in seconds: who and what brings money to the clinic;
- fiscal receipts — via Ukrainian PRRO integration.
Who is it for?
A good fit: private clinics and medical centres, dental practices (appointments, materials, per-doctor revenue), cosmetology and laser centres, diagnostic rooms and labs (the administrative side).
Not a fit: if you need an EHR/EMR system — electronic medical records, examination protocols, diagnoses, eHealth integration. ERPJS manages scheduling, money and materials, not medical documentation. Pharmacy stock with batches and expiry dates is also not supported.
How to start — 3 steps
- Sign up — one minute on the registration page.
- Set up doctors and the price list — configuration takes under an hour.
- Book appointments in the system — a month later you see doctors’ workload and honest revenue per department.
FAQ
Is this an EHR/medical information system?
No. ERPJS keeps no electronic medical records or examination protocols and has no eHealth integration. It is the clinic’s administrative and financial accounting: appointments, doctors’ schedules, supplies, the register and reports. An EHR and ERPJS can work side by side.
Can I manage several doctors’ schedules?
Yes, the calendar shows each doctor’s appointments: date, time, service. Free slots and clashes are visible immediately; rescheduling takes two clicks.
How are patients reminded about visits?
Via SMS or messenger the day before. For follow-ups the system creates a reminder for the right date — patients due for a check-up are never forgotten.
Is there medical supplies tracking?
Yes: materials are written off per service, procedure costs and stock balances are visible with reorder suggestions. But without batches and expiry dates — ERPJS is not suited for full pharmacy stock control.
Can I invoice insurance companies?
Yes, insurers are managed as corporate clients: invoices for services provided, payment and debt control per company.
Is it free?
Yes, the free plan works with no time limit: appointments, the patient base, services, supplies and the register are core functionality.
